Had a horrific pre-4th of July weekend with my 35-40lb mutt mix deciding to find and ingest an entire box of raisin bran... I called vet after vet office, and thankfully they pulled her back within an hour of arrival. While the 3 hour wait for any news was excruciating, I can't thank the staff enough for helping my dog vomit 190+ (honestly, closer to 200 if I count what she passed at home) raisins and the nearly 48 hours of round the clock bloodwork and monitoring. I also can't thank Kate enough for that first night - I was an emotional, pregnant mess, and even with it being midnight as I was leaving, she had me laughing and knowing it was going to be ok, even with so much we didn't know yet. A few weeks ago, I took my cat here because he was attacked by another cat, bitten on the head and the left cheek. My cat's face had swollen from the bite and his left eye was swollen and watery.  This place actually saved my cat's life. My cat 's face became abscess and my Whisker 's had a fever of 106.
